Cycely Parker is a wife and stay-at-home mom to two beautiful teenage girls. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Telecommunications. Cycely is a member of the United Women for Change, an organization that empowers, encourages and supports the community through activities, inclusiveness, and diversity.
