Happy New Year!
OK. 2016, if nothing else, was a great reading year for me. I was consumed with all kinds of stories…from fiction to memoir and back again. I’m a firm believer that great writers read and read widely. So I’m on my way, I suppose. 😉 As you will notice, my book list is pretty diverse and spans many genres. I really hate rating systems but I do want to give you a sense of what I thought about each book so I’ve created my own: HALOS. Tilted, of course. Know this. If it’s on this list, it’s worth the read. Anything I might have read last year, that I didn’t care for or like at all, I’m not bothering to put here because frankly, I don’t like to knock the work of other writers unless I’m able to offer a substantial and constructive critique. And I ain’t got time. Lol.
Oh, and I’m sure there’s a book or four that I forgot to add so I’ll update this post when I remember.
