As a child…I combed my bangs back and pushed them forward so they could feather like Farrah’s. I dreamed of one day making it on “Star Search” to hear Ed say “four stars!” I fell in love with a boy from Gary who could dance, sing and, tho’ his eyes seemed sad, make me feel like the “lady in his life.” Pop culture is real. It affects you. But I pray it makes us all pursue God, health, and destiny with greater fervor.
